Professional Engineering Inspections, Inc. is a residential and light commercial building inspection company that offers a wide variety of services. Inspections are performed by competent, experienced, and thorough inspectors who are Licensed Professional Engineers.
The engineers have an extensive background in designing and inspecting commercial buildings, residential structures, and also have hands-on construction and remodeling experience. Each engineer is a member of The National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE) and/or The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
This combination of practical and technical knowledge makes them uniquely qualified and results in a total understanding of residential and light commercial buildings. As Licensed Professional Engineers, they can legally render an opinion on the structural integrity of a building and serve as expert witnesses for legal cases.
